In order to edify and illuminate the commuting masses, a B.L.F. installation team, under the direction of l.R.A.N.T., altered a local cigarette advertisement. (See enclosed photos and attached prolegomena).

This billboard improvement is in the best interest of everyone.

You may view this statement on the westbound central freeway, just past the confluence of the Embarcadero Freeway and 180 near 4th & Harrison Streets.
